Abasolo is the first 100% Ancestral Corn Mexican whisky, created as an homage to Mexico’s rich culture and flavorful heirloom grain. Abasolo is crafted only from the finest non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn that has been cultivated for hundreds of years by local farmers. A 4,000-year-old traditional cooking process called Nixtamalization then transforms our ancestral corn into our unique whisky, uncovering notes of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, chamomile tea, and leather.
